Kurt began his career in the promotional products industry working for a supplier – but eventually, elected to create his own company. After several years of servicing his promotional clients, Kurt decided to create Elite Recognition to bring the same service and product selection to companies seeking recognition, service and safety gifts/awards for their employees.

Jennifer has been with The Elite Group for five years. With over 25 years of accounting experience, Jennifer has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, transportation finance, medical staffing, and the promotional industry. Jennifer’s main focus for The Elite Group is maintaining accuracy, financial stability, and growth.

Erika has been with The Elite Group for 21 years, focusing on large account management and customer service. Erika earned a college degree in merchandising, which has served her well in the promotional products industry. In addition she acquired 5+ years of medical marketing experience through her work at Humana Dental.

Paula graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a graphic design focus and started at The Elite Group shortly after, nearly 21 years ago. She has a passion for branding and the vast possibilities offered by our industry. Her focus is finding and implementing efficiencies and handling the day-to-day requests for companies.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay who brings over 13 years of experience leading production and supply chain management teams. He currently oversees The Elite Group’s warehouse, shipping/receiving, and embroidery teams.
